Your comfort is important. You will be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and get settled on the massage table. You will be professionally draped throughout the session, with only the area being worked on uncovered.
You are encouraged to provide feedback during the session, and I may do the same. I will listen your feedbacks and adjust to your needs.
To promote relaxation and allow you to fully benefit from your session, conversation is kept to a minimum.

Before the Session
You will be greeted in the waiting room.
Once in the treatment room, we will spend about five minutes discussing your goals and intentions for the session.
I will explain my proposed treatment approach, and you are always free to agree or decline. Your consent is important, and we will work together to find the approach that best meets your needs.
After the Session
Take your time getting dressed. Once you are ready, I will return to the treatment room to answer any questions and gather your feedback.

Before the Session
At the time of your appointment, I will take 20 minutes to set up the treatment space. I will need access to running water.
Please prepare enough space for the massage table (from 9×10 feet to 10×12 feet), along with a chair for your session.
For safety reasons, I do not carry my massage table up or down stairs inside your home.
