Massage therapy can support both body and mind. My training allows me to work with a variety of needs, including muscle tension and discomfort, stress, fatigue, relaxation, emotional balance, mobility, and overall well-being.

Yes! Before your session, I will ask you to complete an intake form and share any relevant health information. We will discuss your goals, your needs, and what approach would be best for you. Your health information will only be discussed in the treatment room and will be kept confidential.
-
Massage therapy is safe and beneficial for many, but there are certain situations where precautions or approval from a healthcare provider may be needed. These may include fever or contagious illness, recent surgery, acute injuries, certain medical conditions, or other health concerns.
I work within my scope of practice and will refer you to a healthcare professional when needed.
-
Massage therapy can provide more benefits when received on a regular basis, but the ideal frequency depends on you: your needs, your availability, and your preferences.
For some people, a monthly session is enough, while others may benefit from sessions twice a month. In some situations, a short period of weekly sessions may be recommended to support specific needs, after which sessions can be spaced out as progress is made.
My goal is to support you in finding the approach that feels right for you. I will never pressure you to book more sessions than you feel you need. I value building a trusting relationship with you and providing care that supports lasting results.
-
If possible, I recommend coming in comfortable clothing.
At the same time, I understand that you may be coming from work, running errands, or needing to go somewhere afterward. I will adapt the session to your clothing and make sure you feel comfortable.
-
I aim to provide quality, intention, and presence in every session. Booking at least 48 hours in advance allows me the time to prepare and be fully present for you.
-
It happens sometimes. I will find a gentle way to wake you up.
-
You are paying for the time of your session. If techniques such as cupping, Gua Sha or other modalities are appropriate, they will be included as part of your personalized treatment at no additional cost.
-
Currently, I do not offer packages or memberships. As my practice grows, they may become available in the future.
-

Tips are appreciated but never required.

I do not currently accept insurance, but this may become available in the future.

I value personal connection and word of mouth, and I hope that if you enjoy your experience with Triskel Massage, you’ll feel comfortable sharing it with someone you know.
You can also find my practice on Google, where your feedback is always appreciated. If you feel your experience was meaningful to you, I would be grateful if you chose to share it in a Google review. Your words help support my practice and allow me to continue doing the work I have chosen and love.
For updates or questions, you’re always welcome to reach out directly or visit this website, which I’ll keep up to date. I may also occasionally share news and updates by email, if you’d like to receive them.

English is not my first language, and I have a French accent. If you ever have difficulty understanding something I say, please feel comfortable asking me to repeat or clarify.
Clear communication is important to me, and I will do the same to make sure I understand you as well.
