My Story:
Eventually, I moved to the United States with my husband and our three children in 2016, initially seeking a family adventure where our kids can learn a second language and discover another culture. What began as a temporary experience gradually became a more permanent chapter. During the first years, I focused on helping my children adjust, teaching them French at home while also improving my own English.
At the same time, I began exploring wellness and healing on a deeper level.
My name is Adeline. I am originally from France, living in San Diego since 2022.
After earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I obtained a special education credential and spent nearly 15 years working with elementary and middle school students with special needs.
My passion was not only helping them succeed academically, but also supporting their overall well-being and preparing them for life beyond the classroom.
When it came time to reimagine my professional path in the U.S., massage therapy emerged as a natural extension of my lifelong dedication to helping others thrive.
My journey led me to Pacific College of Health and Science, where I discovered that the principles of Chinese Medicine and its understanding of the body's energy flow deeply resonate with me.
Being a catalyst for positive change in someone’s body, mind, and life brings me true joy.
The same joy I once felt when watching the students grow and move forward in their life.
Today, as I launch Triskel Massage, based at Simply Strong Acupuncture and offering both in-office and mobile massage services, I am continuing my education at Pacific College of Health and Science to become a Holistic Health Practitioner.
One step at a time, I will continue to expand my knowledge and adjust my schedule as my practice grows. In the meantime, I am here to support your health and well-being with compassion and personalized care.
In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, hiking in nature (love the National Parks), reading, swimming, playing board games, and spending quality time with loved ones and friends.
Looking forward to meeting you,
Adeline
When it came time to choose a name for my practice, I wanted one that reflected both my roots and my vision.
The Triskel (also spelled Triskell or Triskele) is an ancient Celtic symbol with several meanings. One of its interpretations represents the connection between the body, mind, and spirit.
This idea reflects the way I approach massage therapy. Every session is designed with the intention of caring for the whole person, not just relieving physical tension, but supporting your overall well-being, so you can continue to thrive long after your massage has ended.
The name also honors my own roots. I grew up near Brittany, in western France, a region with a Celtic heritage. Choosing the name Triskel is my way of connecting my heritage with my vision of holistic care.
