Massage Modalities

  • Synergistic Massage

    Integrate both Eastern and Western healing methods - flowing strokes from Swedish and Meridians flow and acupoints from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

  • Tui Na

    A traditional Chinese massage using different movements that promotes balance between Yin and Yang to help both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions

  • Swedish Massage

    A classic full-body massage using long, flowing strokes to relax muscles, improve circulation, and ease tension.

  • Deep Tissue

    Targets deeper muscle layers to release chronic tension and knots

  • Lymphatic Massage

    A gentle, rhythmic massage on the four limbs that stimulates the lymphatic system, helping reduce swelling, improve circulation, support detoxification, and boost the immune system

  • PNF

    Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation An advanced stretching technique that combines guided movements, gentle resistance, and deep breathing to enhance flexibility, improve joint mobility, and relieve muscular tension.

  • Trigger Points Therapy

    A focused, therapeutic massage targeting tight, painful spots in the muscles that can refer pain to other parts of the body

  • Gua Sha

    This traditional technique may be incorporated. It helps release areas of tension, improve tissue mobility, and encourage healthy circulation
