Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the scheduled massage price.

- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to respect the appointments of other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

- Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Payment is due at the time of service.

- I accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit and debit cards (no additional fees)

- Mobile massage appointments are available within the City of San Diego.

- Travel within 10 miles of the office location is included at no additional charge.

-For appointments beyond the 10 miles radius of the office location, a travel fee of $2 per additional mile will apply. Any applicable travel fee will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking.

- Please provide clear parking instructions and reimburse any required parking fees.

Your privacy is important to me. Personal and health information shared during your intake, consultation, or massage sessions will be treated as confidential and handled with care. Information will only be disclosed when required or permitted by law, or with your authorization.

Your comfort, safety, and trust are essential to every session. All massage sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.

- You will be properly draped at all times in accordance with professional massage therapy standards. Only the area being treated will be uncovered during the session.

- Open communication is encouraged throughout the massage. Please feel free to communicate any preferences or concerns regarding pressure, comfort, or positioning at any time.

- Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests that are inconsistent with professional massage practice will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full session fee will remain due.

- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if the environment is unsafe, inappropriate, or does not support a professional therapeutic setting.

To support a safe, comfortable, and beneficial massage experience, please consider the following guidelines:

- For In-office massage sessions, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

- Please avoid consuming alcohol or recreational drugs before your massage session. Massage therapy should only be received when you are fully alert and able to communicate comfortably.

- Avoid eating a large meal immediately before your appointment. A light meal or snack beforehand is recommended if needed.

- If you have a medical condition that requires monitoring of your blood sugar, please follow your healthcare provider’s recommendations and ensure you have any necessary supplies available during your appointment.

- If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have a contagious condition, please contact me to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

- Please communicate any changes in your health, medications, or medical conditions before your session.
